Explore the world of Stamp Making

Let’s get to carving. Learn a new skill or hone your craft in this two-hour hands-on workshop. We will cover the basics of creating a design:

• choosing to carve with negative or positive space
• using different carving tools, and
• putting stamp to fabric.

Each attendee will receive a workshop kit that includes rubber stamp blanks, carving tools, blank canvas tote bag, and blank canvas zipper pouch. Whether you’re a stamp carving newbie or a pro, you’re sure to learn new skills, techniques, and tips!

The class location changes for each class so please check the address of the class prior to signing up.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins to settle in and mingle. 

If you cannot attend class for any reason, we will offer an exchange to another class currently on our schedule up to 48 hours before the class. After that time, no refunds or exchanges are issued out of respect for our teachers who purchase and prepare supplies based on the number of attendees.

About the Instructor

Sarah Lawson is the founder and creator of Serenity Stitchery and has been crafting since she was three years old. From the fiber arts of knitting and crochet to embroidery to painting, Sarah does it all.

As a lover of all things crafts, Sarah has taken many crafting courses in the PNW and was inspired to teach and connect with others around the creativity of crafts. She loves how creative and welcoming the crafting community is and hopes to nurture creativity in others.

Sarah’s creative nature and skills make it easy to learn a new craft for makers of all skill levels. She loves seeing makers fall in love with a new craft and seeing what new heights that creativity can take them to.
